Stable Conveyor Belt and Intelligent Online Control Technology
The system synchronizes the control of the conveyor belt and screw bottle separator to achieve a gradual increase and decrease in speed. This minimizes bottle shaking during startup, ensuring stable label application at high speeds without bottle inversion. The intelligent monitoring of the label applicator's front and rear online signals is displayed in real-time on the HMI, and the screw automatically stops feeding bottles when there is insufficient incoming material or a blockage at the outlet, fully achieving automated production.
Feed Load Tension Balancing Technology
Through an optimized feed mechanism design, the label conveying tension is balanced, preventing instantaneous label tearing and ensuring more precise cutting.
Intelligent Labeling Control Technology
Utilizing automatic label positioning detection technology, the bottle sensor only needs to be adjusted based on bottle height without front-to-back adjustments, which results in easier operation.
Smart Abnormality Detection Technology
When the system detects abnormality issues, it automatically rejects them. In case of label jamming, breakage, or synchronous belt failure, the system automatically switches to single-head labeling mode.
Bottle Inversion Detection Function
An additional set of bottle inversion detection sensors is installed before the bottle separator screw. Upon detecting an inverted bottle, the screw conveyor immediately stops and an alarm is triggered, preventing bottle overflow or jamming caused by fallen bottles entering the screw.
Digital Adjustment Mode
All adjustment positions are equipped with position indicators, calibrated to zero upon shipment. Both main units allow for standardized adjustments.
