    Single-head/Dual-head/Triple-head Sleeve Labeling Machine  are automated equipment used to apply labels onto bottles, cans, and other containers, widely utilized in the beverage, food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and other industries. They can significantly enhance production efficiency and ensure the accuracy and consistency of label application. Our company's multi-station label applicator can achieve four label application modes: standalone labeling mode; dual-machine labeling with standby mode; triple-machine synchronized labeling mode; and triple-machine dual-mode simultaneous labeling, which means two machines label the bottle body while one machine labels the bottle neck.

1. Stable Conveyor Belt and Intelligent Online Control Technology
   1. The system synchronizes the control of the conveyor belt and screw bottle separator to achieve a gradual increase and decrease in speed. This minimizes bottle shaking during startup, ensuring stable label application at high speeds without bottle inversion. The intelligent monitoring of the label applicator's front and rear online signals is displayed in real-time on the HMI, and the screw automatically stops feeding bottles when there is insufficient incoming material or a blockage at the outlet, fully achieving automated production.
2. Feed Load Tension Balancing Technology
   1. Through an optimized feed mechanism design, the label conveying tension is balanced, preventing instantaneous label tearing and ensuring more precise cutting.
3. Intelligent Labeling Control Technology
   1. Utilizing automatic label positioning detection technology, the bottle sensor only needs to be adjusted based on bottle height without front-to-back adjustments, which results in easier operation.
4. Smart Abnormality Detection Technology
   1. When the system detects abnormality issues, it automatically rejects them. In case of label jamming, breakage, or synchronous belt failure, the system automatically switches to single-head labeling mode.
5. Bottle Inversion Detection Function
   1. An additional set of bottle inversion detection sensors is installed before the bottle separator screw. Upon detecting an inverted bottle, the screw conveyor immediately stops and an alarm is triggered, preventing bottle overflow or jamming caused by fallen bottles entering the screw.
6. Digital Adjustment Mode
   1. All adjustment positions are equipped with position indicators, calibrated to zero upon shipment. Both main units allow for standardized adjustments.

   1. Label cutting is smooth and more stable.
   2. Individual operation switch box and door post operation button to adjust the machine nearby, convenient and quick.
   3. Cutter positioning device: one push to position, no need to adjust the centre point, more efficient installation and replacement of the cutter.
8. Multi-functional Screw Bottle Dispensing Adjustment Mechanism
   1. With a data-based adjustment mode, it can be adjusted back and forth for a more appropriate centre of gravity position, ensuring more stable high-speed bottle separation.
   2. For square bottle,  aluminium can or five-jawed soft drink bottle, double screw bottle separating mechanism is available to guarantee faster and more convenient adjustment with high speed bottle separating without bottle inversion.

    TheTriple-head Sleeve Labeling Machine  developed by our company can reach a speed of up to        60,000 bottles per hour, which can greatly improve operation capabilities. The Triple--head  Sleeve Labeling Machine  can replace the traditional high-speed line configuration with two double-head Sleeve labeling machines, both space saving and aesthetically pleasing.
